Respect People and Traditions
Respect other people and the diversity of Hindu traditions. Thoughtful disagreement about texts, interpretations or game balance is welcome. Personal attacks, threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, grooming, doxxing and impersonation are prohibited.
Do not publish private contact details, identity information, credentials or other confidential material belonging to you or another person.

Protect Your Privacy
Choose a safe pseudonym and profile symbol. Keep phone numbers, addresses, age, private email and sensitive information out of public names and biographies. Public player summaries may remain visible when biography sharing is disabled.
Review your separate Temple, friends-list, collection and challenge preferences. Respect other players’ choices about friend requests and challenges. Blocking limits certain direct interactions, but does not guarantee invisibility in leaderboards, historical records or all visible friends lists.

Trade Safely and Play Fairly
Use Suvarnaveda’s supported gift, trade and exchange confirmations. Check the recipient and exact card copies before confirming. Never share sign-in codes or access tokens, send money to someone claiming to be our staff, or rely on a screenshot as proof of ownership.
Do not exploit bugs, automate abuse, forge match outcomes or collaborate to manipulate ratings or rewards. Legitimate repeated play remains subject to the existing game rules. Report suspected scams, unfair play and disputed transfers rather than retaliating.

Keep Young People Safe
Account use must satisfy applicable age and consent requirements. We do not currently provide a completed age-verification or parental-consent process. Public knowledge browsing does not require an account.
Do not solicit children’s personal information, groom users or use public features to arrange unsafe private contact. Report child-safety concerns with only the information needed to identify the issue.

Report a Concern
Email suvarnavedaofficial@gmail.com with the relevant profile, match, offer or card-copy reference, approximate date, a clear description and minimal supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full personal records or exploit payloads.
Email is our current reporting and review-request channel. We do not guarantee round-the-clock moderation or a fixed response time. Do not identify a complainant publicly or retaliate against someone who raises a concern.

Restrictions and Review Requests
Misuse or a serious safety or security risk may lead to proportionate account restrictions. To request a review, contact suvarnavedaofficial@gmail.com with the relevant reference and your reasons. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome or response time. Other people’s privacy and legitimate investigation needs may limit the details we can share.
For an immediate threat to physical safety, contact appropriate local emergency services. Suvarnaveda is not an emergency-response service.
