About Ayus
Ayus stands at a branching point in Chandra Vansh, the Lunar royal family. His parents are Pururavas and the celestial Apsara Urvashi. The Vishnu Purana describes his marriage to a daughter of Rahu and names five sons: Nahusha, Kshatravriddha, Rambha, Raji and Anenas. The later families follow several different paths from these brothers.
